Our services are flexible and can be tailored to each client’s requests. You have a choice of á la carte, hourly, weekly, biweekly, or monthly options. For our clients who anticipate having ongoing requests we save you more by offering you our ‘blocks of time’ packages. These packages start at a minimum of 4 hours per month. This offer is of value to our ‘priority’ clients who want to secure their spot on our calendar every month. They can rest assured that their requests are automatically on schedule.

Hours can be replenished when the balance gets down to a half hour. Monthly packages can be purchased in advance. Any unused hours may be rolled over to the next month only. If extra hours are needed after the package hours are exceeded, they can be added at the á la carte rate. 

Do you have a new mom in your life? A single dad working full time? A hospitalized colleague? Our gift certificates are perfect for anyone who has everything else but time. Gift certificates can be purchased for any number of hours.

Packages Offered:

• ‘Serendipity’ Occasionally as need arises; billed at standard hourly rate
• ‘Exhale’ 4 hours a month. You could use a date night!
• ‘Suave’ 8 hours a month. You could use an extra work day!
• ‘Plush’ 12 hours a month. You could use a ‘lounge around in your pjs’ day!
• ‘Luxe’ 16 to 20 hours a month. You could use a weekend getaway!
• ‘Noble’ 40 hours a month. You could use a 5 day cruise!

How It Works:

• Our first-time clients get a complimentary one-hour consultation (phone or in person) to discuss your specific needs and how we can tailor your requests to your lifestyle.
• When services are booked you will receive a confirmation by email.
• Once the services are completed you will receive an invoice. Depending on the purchase being made some of our services must be paid in advance. We will advise accordingly before work begins on your request. Our priority clients who purchase monthly packages, will be on a monthly billing cycle beginning on the first of each month. BelFinesse will keep credit card information on file. Once client receives invoice, payment is due in full. Á la carte and occasional requests will be paid as soon as service is complete. For all other services and packages, payments must be made within two weeks from date of invoice. There will be a $10 per day late fee added to the bill if payments are not received on the due date.
• In some cases that involve third party vendors, sub-contractors, or other providers, deposits may be requested. Deposits and final payments will be solely the responsibility of the client.
