Mabel Dinga, Founder & Director

I founded BelFinesse to provide my clients with the ultimate lifestyle upgrade, to offer affordable luxuries, prompt, and efficient services to help them lead more balanced meaningful lives.

I am a wife and a mother to three wonderful children. My husband and I have established a home base where we manage the varied requests in our household without losing the essence of what it means to be a family. I enjoy cooking scrumptious meals, shopping, writing, volunteering, talking to people, entertaining, traveling, personal grooming. I adore children. I love my community. You can often find me checking in on my neighbors and their children and being a valuable support system for anyone in need. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering at local schools, churches, and shelters. I truly get what it means to be a working parent and not being able to take time off from work to attend your child’s recitals or sporting events, nor plan the perfect weekend escape.

Because of my genuine empathy for people I have spent the last twenty years working in the health care industry. During those years I built excellent relationships with people from all walks of life. I have acquired experience in fulfilling requests in a timely manner, being patient and cordial, time management, multitasking, offering guidance, and more. So, I take pride in using this foundation to bring calm to a life of chaos.

Many events in my life have pointed me towards this rewarding direction, but this particular one stands out in my mind. A few years ago, I met a family of three while I was doing some shopping; a pregnant mother and two school-aged children. It so happens we were looking for the same item on the shelf which was not available. So, I spoke to her briefly about the dilemma and told her I’d just head somewhere else to get it.

When I left the store, she met me outside and inquired where I would be going to purchase the product. I told her and gave her a couple more alternatives. Before I knew it, we were chatting about her family and how she had just relocated from another city and her husband was deployed.

Obviously seeing that she needed some basic guidance, my ‘concierge’ mode kicked in. In an almost half hour conversation we learned a lot about each other. I instantly knew juggling the kids and being able to attend to herself and her pregnancy could be a bit of challenge. We exchanged phone numbers and over the following weeks I sent her some information she needed, offered to pick up supplies for her while I was out, and even showed her where she could celebrate her son’s birthday.

She made me realize a lot of things about myself, but more importantly her gratitude has never stopped. That experience, along with a few more, propelled me into discovering the ways I could sprinkle Finesse along the way.

I am a new dad and my wife had a difficult pregnancy journey. BelFinesse truly gets it. We truly appreciate all their support and we will always call on them. – Gerard F (Katy, TX)
